WWE Report: Armageddon Schedule, Good or Bad?

Here is the schedule for this Armageddon this sunday.

1. Chris Benoit Vs Booker T (Best of 7 for the united states Championship)

Pediction: Booker T leads the chase 3-0 after defeating him at survivor Series (I was There ) and then beating him twice more on smackdown. I dont see Benoit getting swept by Booker T and will beat him this time using the sharpshooter.

Winner: Chris Benoit.

2. M&N vs The Mexicools (Super Crazy & Psicosis)

Prediction: Since this match was supposed to be a tag-team title match I was thinking it might actually turn out good but now that Batista & Mysterio are the champs, this match is no other then a ordinary smackdown showdown. M&N lost their titles and they will rebound agianst the Mexicools.

Winner: M&N


3. Juventud Guerrero vs Kid Kash (Cruiserweight Championship)

Prediction: kid kash has made a quick impact in the WWE after he beat down the juice last week and then won his match against Super Crazy this week. The Juice has always been my favorite cruiserweight since his WCW days but this time around the spotlight belongs to Kid Kash.

Winner: Kid Kash

4. Matt Hardy vs John Layfeild (JBL)

Prediction: Wow a match with no storyline at all..:realmad This match started thursday after JBL interupted Hardy's interveiw. Hardy got angry and attacked JBL. JBL later that night helped Booker T defeat Hardy. What a awesome match we have here.........

Winner: John Layfeild

5. Batista & Rey Mysterio Jr vs Kane & Big Show ( Both teams with Tag-Titles, Raw vs Smackdown)

Prediction: Batista the man with only four moves and his counter part Mysterio with thousands of moves vs two giants. There is no way that Batista & Rey would stand a chance. I love Rey but this will be a night he will not forget and as for Batista <<<<can someone please beat him for his title, hes getting lame.

Winner: Kane & Big Show

6. Randy Orton Vs The Undertaker (Hell in the Cell)

Prediction: I have to say that this is the only match im looking forward to. The Undertaker has detroyed alot of peolpe inside this cell and will do the same to Orton. Orton did make a big empression on Friday I must say. He and Cowboy Bob actually tricked Taker and beat him down untill he was bleeding from the face. I have never seen this from such a young superstar but in this age we must prepair for things of this calibour. Even know Orton has killed the Undetaker twice and made the last statement I still belive the Undertaker will make the Final.

Winner: The Undertaker


Armageddon Overall: 6/10

Prediction: Very slow pay-per veiw. Armageddon is defently not worth 30 dollars but if your a hardcore wrestling fan then any event is worth its while. Armageddon has very few hard points nothing really exciting except the Cell match. I think the show would have better ratings if the World championship was on the line.


Final Statement: It looks like New Years Resolution is making more of a impact then Armageddon with only two matches, the Elemination Chamber and the Womens title. Smackdown needs to come up with some big idea's fast before they are booed off the stage. Smackdown needs to push some superstars such as Lashley, Boogey Man and Benoit toward the World championship and maybe even let one of them win for a change, this would give smackdown some excess and possibly boost the ratings. They also need to make some wise draft choices after this year.

All I have to say is Nnow sit back and enjoy the ride to Wrestlemania becuase I have a feeling before this years over with you will see some shocking events.

It will be painfull to sit through all of Armageddon but I have did worse (No Mercy).

Juvy vs. Kash would be good in another company but not in WWE.

Don't be surprized to see Orton Beat Taker.

As for the rest Meh.

Something you have to know is that the Smackdown and Raw writing teams are not separate as most would think. And they both are not competing aganst each other. They just like to play the VS story. It has never worked and never will.

The Juvy vs Kash match is a great match and I think it is a great addition to the WWE cruiserweight division. WWE lacks matches like this which will bite them in the ass soon or later.

I got a feeling it'll be worse than No Mercy (if that's even possible), but I still want to watch it for the Hell in a Cell match.

The Hell in the Cell is only thing interesting on that card. Btw, I don't know about you but even though Rey Mysterio is very talented I can't stand watching him mix it up with heavy weights. Sorry, but he belongs with cruisers.

It's believable because Rey Mysterio is like 5'0 tall.

Btw they just need to get rid of the roster split. It's getting old and hurting their ratings. They would get kickass ratings on RAW if they had fresh talent coming through the door every night. Even Smackdown would benefit from the getting rid of the roster split because it's still fresh faces to see on tv.

This roster split is "spliting" apart their resources from tv ratings to ppv ratings.
